Vendors

For Automotive and Motorcycle Vendors: You will be located in the heart of our show on State Street amongst
the cars and bikes. Costs are $45 for a 10x10 space and $75 for a 10x20 space. The fee is for the location only.
There is no electrical hook-up. Tent stakes are not allowed. You will be able to unload at your location and park at
the high school only 2 blocks away. Set-up is Saturday morning from 6:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Teardown can begin
at 4:00 p.m., and must be finished by 5:45 p.m. This is a family friendly event. Items or services displayed must be
deemed appropriate for all ages.   Vendor locations will be assigned, and marked, with the earliest sign-ups
closest to the center of town.   Note: We will accept vendor applications until June 4.

For Crafts: Contact Suzi McGuire at 231 599 3250, or email suziduff@torchlake.com. Craft vendor spots go for
$20 per table. The craft fair is located at the north end of the car show on lawn.

We had over 4500 spectators at our 2010 event and are looking forward to an even bigger 2011.

Food Vendors: We are not accepting outside food vendors for 2011 out of respect to our in-town restaurants.
They donate generously to this event and we are appreciative of their continued support.
